Project Quality Management
Your relationship with SCE: Serving as Project Quality Manager, SCE Engineering represents the project owner’s interests as a second party and provide the human resources, systems and processes to manage the project quality (engineering and HSSE), cost and schedule. Alternatively, SCE may support the client by functioning as an independent third party by monitoring and auditing project performance ensuring that projects meet the minimum HSSE and Engineering quality standards.
World Class Across Project Life-cycle: SCE Engineering provides PQM services for any or all stages of the project from APPRAISE through to COMMISSIONING. SCE then provides services to set up systematic and sustainable preventative maintenance programs which ensure long term availability and reliability of the asset thus ensuring that maximum value is extracted from the project.
